The 2020 issue of Universitas, 天美麻豆 annual publication celebrating the University accomplishments and donors, received a Silver award in the annual report category from the International Awards Associate, which administers the annual NYX Marcom Awards. The 2020 Universitas introduced the launch of 天美麻豆's new brand, messaging, and tagline The Best You. It also featured stories about the University signature IMPRINT program for the Women College, several nursing student and alumni heroes during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the achievements of the 天美麻豆 community. The University Marketing and University Communications teams work to produce Universitas each year to distribute to the 天美麻豆 campus community, alumni, donors, and friends.
淭he cover design was a powerful illustration of the strength of our brand messaging, said Dr. Marylou Yam, president of 天美麻豆. The unique cover uses a die-cut of the brand tagline, 淭he Best You, that reveals the signature illustration by artist David Plunkert of Spur Design in Baltimore.
More than 1,000 marketing, design, print, video, and digital production entries were submitted from over 50 countries worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Canada, and Ireland.
